ABOUT
Hello and welcome to Chiluc Exchange 2022!This is a safe-for-work (SFW) event centered around art and writing of the ship Childe x Diluc from Genshin Impact. Participants will be assigned a giftee, work on their pieces, and then exchange gifts Secret-Santa-style. The goal is for the event to be low-pressure and for everyone to have fun sharing Chiluc content with each other!
RULES
General
All pieces must be SFW and original work
Discriminatory/hateful content is not allowed
Please do not post about your gift until the gift reveal period
If you need to drop out for any reason, please notify the mod as soon as possible
Gift Specifications
Artists (fanart, graphics, etc.): If your piece is fanart, it must be colored (backgrounds are optional)
Writers (fanfiction): Your piece must have a word count of at least 1,000
Gift Reveals
Once gift reveals begin, you may then directly message your giftee to send them your gift and/or post on social media and tag them
If you are posting on Tumblr, please mention @chilucexchange and tag the post with #chilucexchange2023 so we can reblog your work
If you are posting to a different social media site, please be sure to mention us!

FAQ
Are there any requirements to join?
As this is an SFW event, we only ask that you be 13 or older to join. Once you submit the application, you will be a participant. We welcome creators of all experience levels!What is a pinch hitter?
A pinch hitter will make a piece for another giftee along with their assigned piece in the case that a participant drops out.Do I have to post my piece on social media?
No, you aren’t required to post to social media. If you’d like, you may privately send your piece to your giftee when gift reveals begin.Can I include characters/relationships aside from Childe and Diluc in my piece?
You may, if your giftee is okay with it. Chiluc should still be the main focus, however.

Hi, you can call me Minty!! In July of 2021, a friend introduced me to Chiluc, which led me to meet many new friends and run a Chiluc-themed fanweek on Tumblr in 2022. I’ve contributed to and organized multiple zines for charity on a local level, so I’m glad I can apply my experience here as well. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone creates!
